FRESH MADE IN-STORE SAUSAGE: Our production for fresh made in-store sausage starts on Mondays and Tuesdays. We sell frozen sausage on Tuesdays until mid afternoon when the fresh batch is ready. See our product page with a list of all varieties of made in-store sausages.
SMOKED SAUSAGE: We are totally SOLD OUT of smoked sausage until this Friday, November 22. This website will be updated as soon as it arrives.
PEPPERETTES: We have pepperettes in stock this week: mild and hot regular and mild and hot dry and flaming hot.
